A message from Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth Zielinski
It is my pleasure to welcome visitors to this page of the King Philip Regional School District's web site. This MCAS area has been designed to provide parents, students, and other interested parties information about the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System, otherwise known as MCAS.
By following links from this page, you will be able to access a number of MCAS resources on several Web sites that are designed to familiarize individuals with MCAS as well as to provide students and parents with some valuable information regarding MCAS test taking strategies and practice opportunities.
Additionally, you will find information about the district's MCAS results for the last four years. You will also find the MCAS Testing Schedules that starts in all schools during the month of March.
As of 2001 the MCAS became the graduation test for 10th graders -- it is important for parents and students to work together with school staff to insure that resources and assistance be available to those students who need it.
Please feel free to contact the KP school staff if you have any questions/concerns and suggestions. Thank you!
